Furthermore contained in this recent photograph drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing different areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for boat shelters.
